• Aided Schools: Out of 66,712 students, 19,154 passed, with a pass percentage of 28.71%.
• Unaided Schools: Out of 45,927 students, 17,551 passed, recording the highest pass percentage of 38.21%.

Conversely, in rural areas, out of 1,33,602 students, 41,320 passed, with a pass percentage of 30.93%. The marginally higher urban pass rate highlights the persistent challenges faced by rural students in accessing quality education.

Analyzing the performance based on the medium of instruction reveals the following pass percentages:
• Kannada Medium: 27.68%
• English Medium: 40.39%
• Urdu Medium: 36.49%
• Marathi Medium: 30.01%
• Telugu Medium: 22.64%
• Tamil Medium: 29.41%
• Hindi Medium: 35.9%
English medium students achieved the highest pass percentage, followed by Urdu and Hindi mediums, indicating potential advantages in these instructional languages.
