Oath ceremony of PUF Jammu division office bearers held

Srinagar, Nov 29: The oath ceremony function of central office bearers of Jammu and Kashmir Pensioners United Front (JKPUF) of Jammu division held at TRC Hotel in Jammu today.

The ceremony was presided by chairman Civil Society Forum (JKCSF) and Jammu and Kashmir Pensioners United Front (JKPUF) Abdul Qayoom Wani. During ceremony fourty leaders were given oath.

The leaders assured the president that they will put all their efforts to work for the betterment of pensioners in particular and for the entire society in general. They also assured that they will  work tirelessly for social reformation and will start a collective fight against the drug menace to root out it from the  entire Jammu & Kashmir.

In his address, JKPUF chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani urged upon the entire leadership of Pensioners United Front to make this organisation strong in every district and tehsil of Jammu and Kashmir, so that we can give a befitting reply to any challenge and will live up to the expectations of pensioners and common people.

Wani directed the office bearers to work with commitment and conviction and abide by the constitution of the organisation at every step.

He thanked all the leaders and executive members of PUF who came from far-off districts of Jammu division and hailed their respect and love for leadership of JKPUF.

He also requested the participants to provide their support to J&K Civil Society Forum in their areas for social reformation.
