Solanki, who serves as the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in charge of JK, made this announcement during a press conference on Thursday.

Solanki expressed confidence that the Congress-NC coalition is poised to achieve a landslide victory in the region. He attributed the BJP’s desperation to its declining popularity, emphasising that the BJP has deployed top leaders, including the Prime Minister, Home Minister, Defence Minister, and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, in a desperate attempt to retain power.

He further accused the BJP of having a hidden agenda, exploiting Jammu and Kashmir’s natural resources and enabling large businesses to plunder the state. Solanki said that the people of JK will not be swayed by these tactics and are ready to hold the BJP accountable for its misdeeds over the past decade.

“The people of JK will decide their own future and reject the BJP and its deceitful strategies,” he said. He also mentioned that a chargesheet has been presented by Congress, but BJP leaders have failed to respond, which Solanki believes is an implicit acknowledgment of the allegations against them.

Solanki criticised the BJP for betraying the people of Jammu and Kashmir and failing to fulfil its 2014 election promises. He questioned what the BJP has delivered to JK since the Parliament elections and why they have not responded to the chargesheet. He added that the Congress-NC coalition is united in its commitment to serve J&K’s interests, with a focus on emotional integration and economic empowerment of the state.

Solanki also condemned BJP Lok Sabha member Kangana Ranaut’s recent statement calling for the implementation of the three farm laws that were previously repealed. He called it a sign of the BJP’s anti-farmer stance, particularly concerning JK’s agricultural sector.
