AKTU Result 2024 Out: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), has officially released the semester results for various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses for the academic year 2024. These results are now available for students who appeared for exams in courses such as BTech, BPharm, MBA (Integrated), MCA (Integrated), and BHMCT.

AKTU’s Special Carry-Over Exam Update
In other news, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has announced a delay in the special carry-over examination that was originally planned for November 2024. The university has decided to conduct this exam next year instead. The delay is primarily due to challenges with the question bank and the examination agency, which have impacted the scheduled examination.
The special carry-over exam will now be conducted online and will feature multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The university is in the process of preparing the necessary question bank to facilitate this format.
This special back examination will be held separately for final-year students, in order to alleviate additional pressure. Final-year students are currently preparing for both regular exams and back-paper exams, so this decision is aimed at reducing their academic stress.
Placement Opportunities for Lucknow University Students
In addition, placement opportunities have opened for students at Lucknow University. Wipro and Hike Education have launched recruitment drives, offering students from various programs the chance to apply for jobs.
• Wipro is offering positions for Customer Service Representatives with an annual package of Rs 3.08 lakh for students graduating in 2025 from courses such as BCA, BBA, BCom, BA, BHM, and BSc. Students from programs such as Mathematics Honors, Statistics Honors, Economics Honors, BSc Computer Science, and BSc IT are not eligible to apply. The recruitment process will include pre-placement talks, HR screening, and voice and accent rounds, with the selection drive taking place in the last week of November.
• Hike Education is also hiring for roles like Business Development Manager and other positions.
The last date to apply for these placements is November 9, 2024, and the application link is available through the placement cell of Lucknow University.
