Apollo Radiology International acquires UK-based InHealth Limited, ET HealthWorld
New Delhi: Apollo Radiology International (ARI), a unit of the Apollo Hospitals Group, has announced the acquisition of the radiology reporting wing of InHealth Group, a UK-based provider of diagnostic and healthcare services.
ARI is projected to handle over two million scans annually across 24 countries while continuing to serve more than 200 healthcare organizations. With this acquisition, ARI plans to broaden its radiology reporting services to include a wider network of NHS partners in the UK.
Dr Sreenivasa Raju Kalidindi, CEO and Medical Director, ARI, said, “This acquisition extends ARI’s ongoing commitment to the UK health sector. As a global exam delivery partner of The Royal College of Radiologists and a recruitment partner of NHS England, ARI has supported the NHS through academic and training initiatives and radiologist recruitment programs for over eight years.”
