B.Ed Admission 2024: Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Examinations (JKBOPEE) has invited Online Applications from eligible and desirous candidates for appearing in the Entrance Test for admission to B.Ed. Course in the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE) (formerly Govt. College of Education) M. A. Road, Srinagar/Govt. College of Education, Canal Road, Jammu and B.Ed. Special Education at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bemina, Srinagar respectively for academic session 2024.
Eligibility: Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.

Start date for submission of Online Application Forms: 02-03-2024.
Last date for filling up the Online Application Forms: 16-03-2024
Date of Entrance Test (Tentatively): 14-04-2024
How to Apply:
The Application Forms have to be submitted online only through the BOPEE website: www.jkbopee.gov.in.
- Visit the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in.
- Click on the link/button “Click to Apply” under the heading Online Applications and section B.Ed. Kashmir/B.Ed Special Education/B.Ed Jammu on the home page displayed to you.
- Register and Fill in the application form.
- Upload necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
Application Fee: The non-refundable Fee Rs.1200/ to be paid online through National Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking.
Selection Mode: The selection will be done on the basis of the merit of the candidates in the Entrance Examination. The Entrance Examination shall consist of one paper only. The Question Paper shall contain 180 Questions. The subject contents for the Entrance Examination shall confine to the following:
- General English: 45 questions;
- General Awareness: 45 questions;
- Aptitude for Teaching Profession: 45 questions; and
- Reasoning: 45 questions
