One soldier was injured on Tuesday during an exchange of fire as troops foiled an infiltration attempt by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Battal sector.
The exchange of fire happened during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, and counter operations are currently underway, Indian Army’s White Knight Corps said in a statement on X.
