J-K govt orders posting of seven officers to Personal Section of Advisor to Chief Minister : Valley Vision

Srinagar, Oct 22: The J&K government on Tuesday ordered transfer of seven officers from different departments to the personal section of advisor to the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.

As per an order, the following officers are posted in the Personal Section of Advisor to the Chief Minister.

Sanjeev Sharma, Private Secretary J&K Secretariat Hospitality & Protocol Department.

Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Senior Stenographer J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service Information Department.

Mohd Maqbool Macha, Accounts Assistant DGA&T (Finance Department) School Education Department.

Moin Ishaq Khan, Junior Stenographer J&K Advocate General’s Organization (Subordinate) Service Office of the Learned Advocate General, J&K.

Ashwani Sharma, MTS J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service Information Technology
Department.

Zubair Qadir MTS J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service Estates Department.

Mehraj-ud-Din Dar, MTS Directorate of Floriculture, Kashmir Forest Ecology & Environment
Department.

As per the order, Mohd Maqbool Macha and Moin Ishaq Khan shall retain lien, seniority and promotion prospects in their parent Department/Cadre.

While Mehraj-ud-Din Dar shall be governed on the standard terms and conditions as laid down in his initial deployment order.

“The posting of the above Officer/Officials shall be regulated under norms notified vide Government Order No. 268-GAD of 2015 dated 04.03.2015, as amended from time to time. All the above Officer/Officials shall be deemed to have been relieved,” the order read.
