JEE Advanced 2025: Registration, Exam dates, Eligibility, Fees & More
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, has released the information brochure for the Joint Entrance Examinations Advanced and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2025 on its official website.
As per the Brochure, the JEE Advanced 2025 registration phase will be open from April 23 until May 2 and the last date to pay the registration fee is May 5.
The JEE Advanced admit cards will be released on May 11. Candidates will get time till May 18 to download the hall ticket.
Subsequently, the examinations will be conducted on May 18 and the provisional answer key will be released on May 26 and results and the final answer key will be declared on June 2.
Both the exams will be conducted in a computer-based mode. Paper 1 will be conducted between 9 am to noon while paper 2 will be held between 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The dates of the examination will not be changed even if a public holiday is declared.
Persons with disabilities (PwD) candidates having disabilities with at least 40 per cent impairment as applicable, are eligible for one-hour compensatory time for each paper, read the brochure. Candidates must rank among the top 2,50,000 in the BE/BTech paper of JEE (Main) 2025.
JEE Advanced 2025: Eligibility
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. A relaxation of 5 years is provided for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
Candidates should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2024 or 2025.
Candidates who have accepted admission at any IIT through JoSAA in the past are not eligible.
JEE Advanced 2025: Application fees
Indian Nationals:
Female Candidates (all categories): Rs 1,600
SC, ST, PwD Candidates: Rs 1,600
All Other Candidates: Rs 3,200
Foreign Nationals:
Candidates from SAARC countries: USD 200
Candidates from non-SAARC countries: USD 100.
The brochure also includes the dates for the AAT 2025. BArch programme is available at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee only and candidates who want to join the programme will have to pass the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). Candidates who will qualify for JEE (Advanced) 2025 are eligible to appear in AAT 2025.
Architecture Aptitude Test 2025 registration will start on June 2 and will end on June 3. The examination will be held on June 5 between 9 am to noon with results on June 8.
No separate admit card will be issued for AAT, the admit card of JEE (Advanced) 2025 has to be produced in the AAT examination hall, along with the original photo identity card.
