NEW DELHI: A journalist was killed in a knife attack in the Sadar Kotwali area of Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh, while his colleague sustained serious injuries. Police have arrested four suspects in connection with the incident.Dilip Saini, 45, a local correspondent, was attacked by a group wielding knives near the Bhitaura bypass on Wednesday night. His colleague, Shahid Khan, was injured while attempting to assist him.Saini was rushed to a Kanpur hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Khan is currently undergoing treatment.The police registered a case based on a complaint from Saini's wife, naming seven individuals and several unknown assailants. Preliminary investigations suggest that a land dispute may have motivated the attack.
