Maharashtra CM swearing-in: PM Modi, Amit Shah, Union Ministers attend NDA show of strength

Maharashtra CM swearing-in witnessed NDA show of strength as the of whole PM Modi government and NDA leaders were spotted at Azad Maidan in Mumbai on Thursday.

During the ceremony, Governor CP Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office to the new Maharashtra government. CM-designate Devendra Fadnavis took oath as Chief Minister of the state while allies Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar took oath as deputy CMs. 

Notable leaders who were spotted at the event include Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde, NCP chief Ajit Pawar, CM N Chandrababu Naidu, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, UP CM Yogi Adityanath and CMs and Deputy CMs of NDA-ruled states, Union Ministers and NDA leaders.
