Srinagar, Nov 3: National Conference (NC) Member of Parliament (Anantnag-Rajouri) Mian Altaf Ahmed has expressed sorrow over the tragic fire incidents in Anantnag and Kulgam areas of south Kashmir.
In a statement issued here, the MP Anantnag- Rajouri, Mian Altaf said that two tragic fire incidents occurred a few days ago in Khanabal area of Anantnag district and Daderkoot area of Kulgam district in south Kashmir in which several residential houses and a Jamia Masjid unfortunately got damaged resulting in huge loss of property.
Mian Altaf has urged the District Administration Anantnag and Kulgam to promptly provide adequate compensation and relief materials to those affected by the fire. MP Mian Altaf also urged the administration to provide immediate assistance for their rehabilitation in view of the weather conditions.
