NIA announces bounty of Rs 10 lakh on Lawrence Bishnoi brother Anmol Bishnoi | Delhi News
NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday announced a bounty of Rs 10 lakh for Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He is chargesheeted in two NIA cases registered in 2022.
In the strongest lead linking Baba Siddique’s murder to Lawrence Bishnoi, police revealed that the three suspected shooters who killed the NCP politician had communicated with the jailed gangster’s Canada-based cousin, Anmol Bishnoi, via an instant messaging app before the murder.
It is suspected that Anmol sent them photos of Siddique and his son, MLA Zeeshan Siddique, through the app.
Anmol’s role in Salman Khan house firing case
In April this year, Mumbai Police investigating the shooting outside actor Salman Khan’s residence issued a lookout circular (LOC) for Anmol Bishnoi, a wanted suspect in the case.
Anmol had posted on social media, stating it was Salman Khan’s first and final warning. He is also linked to 18 prior criminal cases.
