Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir has invited online applications for admission to the following diverse and job-oriented professional degree programmes at Undergraduate (12 Disciplines) & Postgraduates (65 Disciplines) levels, from the motivated students of UT of JK & Ladakh, other States/UTs and NRI-Sponsored Candidates (NRI-Sponsored) through university website www.skuastkashmir.ac.in.

Eligibility Criteria:
1) Undergraduate Degree Programmes:
– Qualification: The candidate seeking provisional selection/admission must be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh, having passed 10+2/Higher Secondary Part-II or equivalent examination from a recognized Statutory Board/University with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics having aggregate marks not less than 50% for OM and 40% for reserved category candidates
– Age Limit: 17-28 years as on 31-12-2024 within the age group as on 31-12- 2024 of minimum 17 years and maximum 28 years (not born after 31-12-2007 and before 31-12-1995), however, minimum 21 years and maximum 37 years in case of Nominees of GoJK.
2) Masters Degree Programme:
The candidates seeking admission to Master’s Degree Programmes should have graduated/ obtained
their Bachelor’s degree from the Institutions/Universities recognized by the ICAR/VCI/UGC and must
possess Bachelor’s degree of 10+2+4 or above duration in the concerned/related field (Except MBA
and Masters programme in Environmental Sciences/Plant Physiology/Microbiology/Biochemistry
where 10+2+3 candidates are also eligible but will have to undergo deficiency courses at the Masters
level) as per the discipline-wise eligibility shown against each below with an OGPA not less than 3.25 on
4.00 scale or 6.50 on a 10.00 scale or 65% aggregate marks in an annual traditional system.
