Srinagar records season’s first night with sub-zero temperature

Srinagar, Nov 20: Srinagar on Wednesday recorded season’s first sub-zero temperature with Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) saying the summer capital recorded minus 0.7 degree Celsius.

In south Kashmir’s Shopian, the mercury set at minus 3.9 degree Celsius while Pahalgam, also in south Kashmir, recorded minus 3.7 degree Celsius.

The weather department in Kashmir has predicted a dry spell till Nov 23.
