UP NHM CHO Recruitment 2024: Salary details
Selected CHOs will be appointed on a contractual basis at sub-center level Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centers (AB-HWCs). The position offers a monthly honorarium of ₹25,000, along with performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month depending on the district placement and performance. This package aims to support community health workers in providing essential services effectively.
UP NHM CHO Recruitment 2024: Selection process
The selection process for the UP NHM CHO role involves two stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will participate in a CBT, where a merit list will be generated based on their scores.
Document Verification Process (DVP): Those shortlisted after the CBT will be called for the DVP, where they must provide valid documentation to confirm eligibility. Successfully verified candidates will then undergo a medical examination as the final step before appointment.
UP NHM CHO Recruitment 2024: Exam structure
The UP NHM CHO exam follows a computer-based format with 100 objective questions, totaling 100 marks. The exam is set for a duration of 2 hours, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers, allowing candidates to attempt each question with confidence.
